Carve the words “Baku, Baku, eat my dreams” into your headboard. This is an invocation which will draw a baku, a spirit which eats bad dreams. This will also keep away nightmares (spirits), night hags, and darker sex demons. Please see the following link for more information.
I had this carved on my old headboard for years ever since I got caught unaware by a night hag. Never had so much as a whiff of a bad dream since. As a side-note most incubi and succubi are really nice people. They just have a bad rap since because they liked cheering up lonely people. Most of them aren’t infernal in nature either.
For those with little baku experience or knowledge try avoid this. Not all bakus eat nightmares. Many eat other things like rest, good dreams, and even ambitions. Please talk eith the baku in question to ensure they eat only nightmares.
